The main work scope of the office is the preparation of architectural studies in large-scale projects involving residences, special buildings and public spaces. We aim to develop and provide innovative and reliable architectural solutions, which aim to create infrastructures that will provide optimal conditions of living. Starting from the preliminary study and ending in the final study, we work with a network of experienced engineers in order to specify all the parameters related to the perfect construction of each project. Finally, we undertake the process of handling the necessary approvals and licensing.

Our office has many years of experience in maintenance and restoration of old and historical buildings. Maintaining respectfully the architectural identity of the building and surrounding area, we apply all modern restoration methods, in order for it to adapt to new use. During the process of restoration, defining parameters are the existing legal framework of provisions and regulations, the traditional and modern technologies of interventions and the correct choice of construction materials.

During this stage, our office undertakes the presentation of alternative proposals, regarding the design of a functional arrangement as well as the configuration of a space’s general style. We focus on the detailed design of each space separately, proposing solutions for lighting, furniture, materials, colors, textures and equipment, in order to achieve its functional and aesthetic highlighting.

Landscape design is one of the most important stages completing the even design of a building project. The outdoor space that surrounds a building, requires specialized planning in order to be organized and emerging. Our office undertakes the preparation of the study, as well as the subsequent monitoring and coordination of its implementation.

The application study includes all the necessary technical studies and construction drawings required for the complete description of an architectural study. Our office specializes in producing analytical construction plans, details, tables and documents, according to the appropriate construction method for the project type.

During this stage, our main concern is the correct application of the technical studies which we propose to also include in the application study. Through systematic supervision, we ensure the perfect quality in the project’s construction.
