The residence was originally built in 1986. The renovation concerns its interior and included the complete replacement of the finishing, changes in the layout and the color pallete, lighting fixtures and furniture. In the day care area, plasterboard constructions were designed for a new library, the fireplace was lined and new false ceilings and hidden lighting were constructed.
