The new hotel complex has been built on a field of 8,491.10 sq.m. it is bordered to the east and west by hotel units, to the north by the beach and to the south by Provincial Road. It consists of the main volume placed near the provincial road and small buildings near the neighboring properties.
The volume of buildings projecting amphitheatrically from the ground is reduced, placing a large part of them underground (semi-submerged). The simple "subtractive" form of the buildings, with the earthy materials stone - wood and the earthy colors white - ocher - tile, without causing harmonious integration of the complex into the natural environment.
A classic 5-star hotel unit with 14 single beds, 71 double beds and 3 suites with a capacity of 164 beds with the necessary common and auxiliary areas, as well as an uncovered configuration and a swimming pool.
The complex consists of 10 buildings that are developed on four levels with a total coverage of 3356.39 m2 and a built-up area of 4115.77 m2.
Buildings A-B-C-D-E&Z form the central core of the complex which is developed on four levels. In its central part and on the third level there is the main entrance, the reception areas, the lounge-bar, the play-room, a shop and the auxiliary areas. On both sides of the reception area, the wings of the rooms are developed.
The ground floor and semi-basement area of the second level accommodate the restaurant, the multi-event room, and three conference rooms. On the same level are the auxiliary sanitary areas, the kitchens, the warehouses, the parking area and E-M facilities.
On the first level are the parking spaces, the gym - sauna - hamam, the hairdresser and the children's playground.
The remaining rooms are developed in two-story buildings in continuation of the central core.
Two suites with a private pool are located near the beach where the tavern and the pool-bar are also located.
The central pool is located in the center of the outdoor area near the beach.
